Project Requirements

To understand the requirements , we got on a call with the client and went through the documentation provided by them. So, the key requirements were :

Document Creation


The final output should be a ppt and this ppt will be used by Wingman’s client while they pitch on their clients

to invest in their product/company.

Dynamically populate documents with input and calculated values.

Products option would be CRM,HRMS, etc.

Survey Integration


Wingman’s client has a one-on-one with the Wingman team to gather initial input values. These values are the values of Wingman’s client’s client. They could vary from the employee size, overall revenue, sla penalty costs, and more.

Support multiple question types (text, numeric, dropdowns, etc.).

All those values has to be filled compulsorily.


Assumptions Management


Pre-populated assumptions specific to the product (CRM or HRMS). The values that the obtain from the above survey are called assumptions

Editable fields with dynamic impact on benefits.

Option to attach remarks or rationale for each assumption.

Historical data or benchmark comparison for validation.

Benefit Analysis


Wingman’s client’s product provides those benefits.

It could be monetary or non-monetary benefits.

Steady-state benefits and yearly ramp-up displayed clearly.

Breakdown by categories (e.g., efficiency, cost-saving, revenue generation).

Role-based permissions (managers, editors, viewers).

Version control with sub-version tracking.

The design has been created for three types of users:

i) Normal User a.k.a Wingman’s client

ii) The admin team i.e Wingman Team

iii) The superadmin team i.e Wingman Founders


Following are the normal user side screens


Document List

The document list shows all the documents created by different users, which are created for different clients of Wingman.

Once the user clicks on Create Document button, they are expected to fill basic details about the document, what the company’s product is, their industry, document name, account name and more. There are two tabs i.e Details and Value Drivers. This is the screen under the “Details” Tab.

Create Document

Depending upon the product chosen under the “Details” tab, the respective value drivers are shown. Value Drivers are basically the values that drive the components in the product.

Under this tab, user can view all the objectives, challenges and solution capabilities of the company and their product. This will be on the first page of the output PPT.

Opportunity Overview

In this tab, all the value driver categories are shown below, depending upon the selected product. Under each value driver category there are value driver components which shows the individual monetary and operational benefit. User can choose to select/deselect the particular component.

Value Drivers

In this tab, all the assumptions about Wingman’s client’s client is taken into consideration like Annual Revenue, No.of Employees, Annual Working Hours, No. of Customers etc.

Assumptions

The investments tab shows the the ROI upon investing on the client’s product. User has the option to show the calculations via 3-year phase, 5-years and 7-years.
