In the Tracker Screen, the users can log in the food that they consumed. The users can also add notes for themselves. Also, the users have the option to add food using camera and barcode scanning.
In the Dashboard Screen, I made sure I added the exercise and calories section to keep the users motivated to complete their goals.
There is also an awards achievements section when the user scrolls down vertically.
In the Plans Screen, the users can see food recipes, workout plans , meal plans. Under the nutrition section, the users can choose recipes filtered as well, like gluten-free, soy-free, lactose free, vegetarian.

In the Chat Screen, the users can clear their queries by chatting up with a coach, nutritionist or even mental health therapist.
In the Progress Screen, the users can see the progress in the weight loss or gain with the dates as well. Users have the option to add reminders as welll. It can be water, weight, sleep, medicine and activity reminders.
